Fine Line Cryproof Eye Liner

How to use:

1. Gently pull down your lower eyelid to expose the waterline. This is the area where you'll be applying the eyeliner.
2. Place the tip of the eyeliner pencil on the waterline, starting from the inner corner and moving outward. You can also apply the liner just below the lash line for a slightly different look.
3. Use short, light strokes for a more controlled application. If you want a more intense look, you can go over the line a few times until you achieve the desired darkness.
